ALUCOBOND, a flagship brand of a Swiss major 3A Composites, which is a global innovator and a leading manufacturer of high \u2013 quality Aluminium Composite Materials, has launched an innovative product labelled \u2018ALUCODUAL\u2019 to boost its premier portfolio of technologically \u2013 superior, new-age cladding solutions. \u2018ALUCODUAL\u2019 is the latest offering from the Company for the usage in architectural applications where design and performance play a crucial role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Completely researched, designed, developed and manufactured in 3A Composites\u2019 state-of-the-art plant in Ranjangaon near Pune in India, ALUCODUAL\u00ae is a pre-coated engineered solid sheet with the layers of laminated aluminium skins, which has multi-purpose solutions for facades, cladding and curtain walls, interior walls, ceilings, soffits and column decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Analysing the cladding needs, usage and specifications from the architectural point of view, ALUCODUAL has been designed to deliver the most prominent feature of \u2018perfect flatness\u2019, which is generally challenging to achieve with standard post – coated solid sheets. Moreover, compared to a single sheet of aluminium of same thickness, ALUCODUAL panels offer enhanced stiffness and rigidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This structural stability allows the product being used in larger cassettes and panels, effectively reducing the number of joints and overall costs. The product has been engineered to suit multiple and complex \u2018on-site\u2019 cladding application requirements. The corrosion \u2013 free Marine Grade Alloy of ALUCODUAL\u00ae ensures the product\u2019s long-term durability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
